Thank you for all the donations already handed in.
In recent weeks we have noticed a dramatic increase in the number of children arriving in school via the main front door with parents.
We would like to emphasis that all children should be in their class line by 9am. However, if children are, on an occasion, a little late, entry doors remain open until 9.10am and children should enter through these doors.
The front entrance should only have pupils who arrive after 9.10am and will require a parent/carer to sign them in as late.
Even though the doors are open till 9.10am we have the expectation that all children will arrive on time.
Finally, we would like to remind parents/carers that unless the bell rings at 8.50am, due to adverse weather, then parents should not be dropping their children inside the building. There is no adult supervision for the children unless this bell has rang.

As most parents/carers will have seen on the annual calendar, there will be Festive Fridays in December. The first one will be this Friday. Children and staff are encouraged to wear something festive to school. This is just for fun and no donations are required.
We are looking forward to seeing lots of festive outfits!

As we all know, the roads around Arduthie at drop off and pick up times are incredibly busy and it can be difficult for people to find places to stop. Please be mindful when parking that you are not obstructing any drive ways, parked on double yellow lines, near junctions or in the bus stops. If you cannot find a suitable place then please park further away and walk your child to the school or allow them to walk themselves if you find this appropriate.
This continues to be a significant issue which has been raised at the Parent Council meeting. We are working with our local police officer and Councillors in order to rectify this issue as this is for the safety of all of our Arduthie pupils.
